Dear all international students,

The summer holiday lasts from June 30 to September 6, about 10 weeks in total. You are kindly required to go to our office to provide us with information about your holiday plans. Those who have graduated are supposed to leave by July 30;those who will continue studying at our university are requested to pay the fees for next semester by July 3; and those whose visa will expire during the holiday have to go to our office to apply for visa renewal and extension by July 3.

Please turn off all the electric appliances and switch off the electricity before leaving your rooms. Keep the keys safe, shut the windows and get the doors locked. Take extra caution about theft, and fire hazard. Beware of electricity safety.

Keep safe during the holidays. If you travel in and out of China, please inform us and notify your family. We highly advise you to obey traffic rules and pay attention to personal safety. Don’t ever try to go swimming in reservoirs,rivers, lakes.

Those who get involved in any getting drunk and rowdy, driving or riding without license,and vandalism during the holiday will get direct scholarship cancellation.

The new semester will start on September 7. Everyone should go to our office for registration during September 7 to 9. Major courses will begin on September 7,and Chinese language classes will begin on September 14.

For our office will be closed during the holiday, if you have any emergencies, you may contact the following staff during the holiday.
