On West Lake white beach, red flowers are blooming and Green Willow waving in spring breeze.
A group of foreign and Chinese students dressed in Eco-fashion took turns walking down the runway, attracting many tourists to stop and watch.
This is a glittering Eco-fashion show for the 2012 National Tea Day. Students from Zhejiang Agricultural and Forestry University students participated in this show.
These students participating in the fashion show for the first time in their lives, but their performance was passionate. They constantly put on a variety of poses as if they were professional models. They displayed Eco-clothing made of natural materials.The viewing public acclaimed them for their wonderful performances and photographed them
.A Ukrainian student by the name Lilly who participated in the performances said ,"I can feel the spring breeze blowing in this beautiful West Lake. I feel greatly honored to be performing in such a beautiful fashion show, and I will remember this period of time in China because this is wonderful.” She hoped that schools can organize similar activities of close contact with the Chinese culture so foreign students can learn more about the lives of the Chinese people.
"The International Institute with a lot of effort has been carrying out cultural experience programmes and encourages students to participate in these culture activities to help students understand the Chinese culture.
As a result a lot of students were encouraged to take part in the Eco-fashion show which took place in the West Lake. This gave students the chance to understand Chinese culture.
The spokesperson for international college in charge said, “Next the college will organize other activities to enrich the students learning in school and in life, enabling them to further deepen their understanding of the Chinese culture.” The Eco-fashion show was a great success.
