In order to help universities to develop international student programs, Zhejiang provincial education department has allocated the total of 264,000RMB as scholarship for international students at Zhejiang A &FUniversityin 2016. It covers two categories namely type C at the amount of 6,000RMB (language students) and type B (undergraduate students) at theamountof 20,000RMB. For the year of 2016, the university is given 4 spots for type C and 12 for type B.
Applicants:international students at ZAFU (Including international students enrolled for fall semester, 2016).
Qualification:
1. For type B, the applicants’age should not exceed 30. For Type C, the applicants’age should not exceed 25.
2.The applicants should be a foreign citizen holding valid
foreign passport, in good health and friendly to China.
3.Applicants shallhaveno criminal record or any violation of university rules and regulations.
4. Applicants shall have sound Chinese proficiency or got any relevant certificate like HSK. This does not apply to those on English-medium programs.
5. Applicants’academicperformance should be rank high in class or in grade，relevant transcript need to be offered.
6. Applicants are notreceivers ofany other type ofChinesegovernmental scholarship.

From June 27thto September 7th.
The university international student scholarshipcommitteewill assess the applicants and make a joint decision. The result will also bepublicized.
