Dear students, summervacation is coming andwe wish you have a wonderful time in advance.

Hereby, please note the information as follows:

1.Thesummer vacation is 11^thJuly-8^thSeptember. All thestudents pleasesubmitvacation schedules andsignthe commitment letter at internationalstudentoffice before then. There is a special HSK course which international students canparticipateduring 2^nd-5^thSeptember. The visa of graduates will be terminated once you leave before 30^thJuly. Languagestudents,who continue tostudy, pleasecome to the office 517 and pay the tuition for the next semester before 10^thJuly. (1,000￥forlanguagestudents,350￥for degree students’application).If not pay, it is considered as study ending. Thosestudents, who’sVisa expirebefore 10^thSeptember, please come to the office 517 to extend before 11^thJuly.

2.Using electricity safely. Turn off allelectricalpower and cut off the main power switch once you leave the room. Please keep your keys and make sure to close the windows and doors in order to prevent rain. Attention to the fire and theft.

3.Pay attention to personal safety during vacation. Inform us before traveling and keep in touch with your family. Follow thetrafficrules and please don’t go to unsecuredremote districts and isolated areas.Open water swimmingis strictly prohibited because of drowning deaths.

4.Arrangeyourvacationproperly. The scholarshipwill be directly canceled once any misbehaviors happen likealcohol abusing,driving without license,vandalismetc.

5.Next semester starts on10thSeptember. All the International students have to register in office 517 during 6th to 16th September. If anyone don’tregisterover two weeks will be regarded as quit study. Undergraduate Coursesand Languagecoursesstart on 10^thand 12^thSeptember respectively.
